Policies
Check in/Health: Please arrive about 10 minutes early, we cannot guarantee full treatment time for late arrivals. We require all clients to complete a health information form on their first visit. Please be aware that some medical conditions may need a doctor's approval. Also if you are sick with anything that may be contagious, please do not book a massage until you are well again - we do not want to get other clients or the therapist sick too! Please also advise us if you are sensitive to heat or allergic to any products which may be in our creams.
Age Factors: We do provide
services to minors with a signed parental release & parental presence if
under 16. If you are elderly, and will need assistance before or after the
massage, please advise us in advance so the therapist can be prepared and we
can provide extra transition time for the massage room.
Your Therapist: We will honor
requests for male or female therapists, but we do not accept requests regarding
the therapist's physical appearance, age, ethnicity or other non-therapy
related characteristics. Please let us know the type of massage you enjoy,
ie-light or strong, so that we may match you with the best therapist for your
needs and conditions. Gratuities are optional, but always appreciated, 15-20%
is common. Your loyalty and your referrals are your greatest gifts.
Cancellation Policy: We will
request a Credit Card Guarantee for all appointments. Appointments that are not cancelled within
the required cancellation notice, will be charged the full value of the
treatment. Three (3) Hour Cancellation Notice is Required for individual
appointments, 24 Hour Cancellation Notice
is Required for Groups
Forms of Payment: Cash, Checks
or major Credit Cards are accepted. Gift Certificates are good for the
original value, and they do not expire, but additional charges may apply if the
prices have changed. Gift Certificates are not refundable, but may be
transferred. Gratuity envelopes are
proved for cash tips, or they may be added to the credit card or check. Prices and treatment descriptions are subject
to change.
Problems:
We
reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated, abusive, suggestive
or inappropriate. Full treatment charges will apply, even if the session
is terminated. Smoking or alcoholic
beverages are not allowed in or around the facility. Please silence your cell phones and speak
quietly in the Massage Hallway. If you
have any problems with the massage, please ask for a manager and advise us
immediately, so that we may resolve the situation in a timely manner. Please give feedback during the massage if
anything is uncomfortable or if the pressure needs to be adjusted.
